Quarterly $2,500 Cash Giveaway — Official Rules and Privacy Policy

This promotion is a free, random-draw giveaway open to eligible participants. No purchase, loan, financial transaction, or housing action is required to enter or win.

1. Sponsor and Administrator

This promotion (the "Quarterly $2,500 Cash Giveaway" or "Sweepstakes") is sponsored collectively by participating, licensed Loan Officers (the "Participating Sponsors") who are clients of Lead Rocket Fuel.

Lead Rocket Fuel (the "Administrator") manages the marketing, administration, and compliance of this Sweepstakes on behalf of the Participating Sponsors.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (19 in AL and NE; 21 in MS).

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of the Participating Sponsors, the Administrator, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period

This Sweepstakes is conducted on a recurring quarterly basis and automatically renews each calendar quarter unless terminated by the Administrator or Participating Sponsors.

Calendar quarters are defined as: January 1 – March 31, April 1 – June 30, July 1 – September 30, and October 1 – December 31.

Each quarterly entry period begins on the first day of the calendar quarter and ends on the last day of that quarter at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (each, a "Promotion Period").

Entries do not carry over between Promotion Periods.

4. How to Enter

Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period using any one of the following methods:

Online Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Complete and submit the official online entry form during the Promotion Period.

Entry via Meta Lead Ads: Entrants may also submit an entry through sponsored forms on Facebook or Instagram (Meta Lead Ads). These forms may request the entrant's name, email address, and phone number. No physical address is collected through Meta's platform.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. All entries have an equal chance of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) $2,500 cash prize will be awarded.

The prize is not contingent upon applying for, closing on, or completing a loan transaction with any Participating Sponsor.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. If required by law, the Participating Sponsors or Administrator may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period.

The Administrator and Participating Sponsors are not responsible for delays or issues related to prize delivery beyond their reasonable control.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator within seven (7) days following the end of each Promotion Period from all eligible entries received during that period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within seven (7) days of the drawing. If the selected winner is ineligible, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

The winner will be required to provide valid proof of age and residency in order to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide required documentation within the timeframe specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

The decisions of the Administrator regarding the selection of the winner and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding.

7. General Conditions

• Entry is not conditioned on loan approval, loan closing, or referral outcomes.
• All federal, state, and local laws apply. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
• The Participating Sponsors and Administrator reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
• The prize is non-transferable.
• Any attempt by any individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Administrator reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Any disputes arising under this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Participating Sponsors, the Administrator, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of the prize.

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor and Administrator to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

9. Privacy & Marketing Consent

Information collected from entrants is subject to this combined Rules & Privacy Policy.

• Marketing Opt-In: By submitting the entry form, entrants expressly consent to receive communications from the Administrator and Participating Sponsors, including via email, telephone, and text messages (including via automated dialing systems), regarding the Sweepstakes, mortgage, real estate, and related services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
• Loan Officer Follow-Up: The information of every entry will be shared with the Participating Loan Officer and partnered Realtor, who may contact them directly.
• Data Use & Ownership: Personal data submitted through the entry form will be collected, stored, and may be shared with and used by the Administrator and Participating Loan Officers. Such data may be used for:
  • Sweepstakes administration and winner verification;
  • Ongoing marketing communications;
  • Follow-up by Participating Loan Officers and partnered Realtors to provide mortgage- and real estate-related services; and
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The Administrator and Participating Loan Officers may retain entrant information for these purposes unless and until the entrant exercises their right to request deletion, subject to applicable record keeping requirements.

• Access/Deletion: Entrants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the Administrator at the address below.
